Refund Policy

Challenge fees purchase access to a simulated evaluation by Mosco Holdings LLC — not a deposit, wager, or financial product.

• Unstarted evaluations: full refund if you request within 24 hours of purchase and no picks have been placed.
• Started evaluations: non-refundable once a pick is placed, a rule is breached, or the challenge fails/passes — except where required by law.
• Technical issues: if a platform outage prevents you from using an evaluation, contact support within 7 days for a reset, extension, or credit.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account closure.
