Privacy Policy
Operated by Mosco Holdings LLC. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run evaluations, never sell your data.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), workspace activity (picks, challenge progress, device/session data), support messages, and — only when you qualify for funded review — verification documents (KYC). We do not collect real-money wagering data because we do not offer it.
2. How we use data
To operate accounts and evaluations, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, provide support, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand feature usage. You can clear cookies in your browser; core sign-in may stop working without essential storage.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Pickd (hosting, email, KYC verification, analytics) under contractual safeguards, and with authorities when required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain account and challenge records for as long as your account is active and up to 5 years afterward for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. KYC documents are retained per regulatory requirements then deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data via /app/support. We will verify your identity before acting. Deletion may require closing your account and forfeiting active evaluations.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — use a unique password and enable any additional sign-in protections we offer.
